We collect only the data you provide yourself via the contact form: name, email address, company (optional), telephone number (optional), area of interest and the content of your message.
We do not collect sensitive data, do not create behavioural profiles and do not purchase contact lists.
We use the data exclusively to respond to your enquiry, to submit proposals when requested and to maintain a record of the business conversation you initiated with us.
We do not use your data for automated advertising or for automated decisions with legal effects.
Processing is based on your consent, given by accepting this policy before submitting the form, and on the legitimate interest in responding to requests for information and in carrying out pre-contractual steps at your request.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to that withdrawal.
When you submit the form, your device opens WhatsApp with the message already filled in, which is sent to the company's number. The message is only sent after you confirm it in WhatsApp.
At that point, the data you entered also passes through WhatsApp's infrastructure (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, of the Meta group), subject to that service's own terms and privacy policy.
This website does not store the form data in its own database.
We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties. Data may be processed by service providers that support us, namely the WhatsApp messaging service, our email provider and our website hosting provider.
Whenever a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, such processing is covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or by an adequacy decision.
We retain correspondence for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on the business opportunity, for a maximum of three years after the last contact.
